These High-Protein Blueberry Oat Muffins are made with oats, eggs, blueberries, and simple pantry ingredients for a hearty homemade breakfast.

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

    Whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
