This Blueberry & Macadamia Smoothie blends fresh blueberries, macadamia nuts, dates, and water into a rich, refreshing homemade drink.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak the Nuts

    Soak the macadamia nuts in water for at least 4 hours, then drain.

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    Wash the blueberries and remove the pits from the dates.

  1. Blend

    Add the soaked macadamia nuts, blueberries, dates, water, and blue spirulina to a blender.

     

  1. Blend Until Smooth

    Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.

     

  1. Adjust

    Add ice cubes if desired and blend again for a colder, thicker smoothie.

  1. Serve

    Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.

Note

For extra creaminess, chill the smoothie for 15 minutes before serving. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add one extra date or a teaspoon of honey.
