Description

These Green Tea Lemon Ginger Chews are simple homemade gelatin gummies made with brewed green tea, fresh ginger juice, lemon juice, and optional honey.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bloom the Gelatin

    Pour the cold water into a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes until fully bloomed.

  1. Heat the Liquids

    In a small saucepan, combine the green tea, ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey. Warm over low heat without bringing it to a boil.

  1. Combine

    Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm liquid and whisk continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

     

  1. Pour into Mold

    Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lightly greased square dish.

  1. Chill

    Refrigerate for about 3 hours, or until the mixture is completely firm.

  1. Cut & Serve

    Remove from the mold or cut into bite-sized cubes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Note

Keep the chews refrigerated for up to 1 week. For the best texture, serve them chilled.
